Ryan Johnson

Ryan Johnson is a Vice President at Industra Talent Partners, where he specializes in executive search for sponsor-backed companies across industrial and commercial services, manufacturing (both discrete and process), distribution, energy & critical infrastructure, industrial automation, and healthcare. He focuses on CEO, CFO, and broader P&L leadership assignments and has completed more than 100 successful executive placements throughout his search career.

Prior to joining Industra, Ryan held executive search leadership roles at Hunt Club, a boutique executive search firm, and also spent more than five years with Heidrick & Struggles in their Industrial Practice. He advised a broad range of private equity, public, and venture-backed clients on critical leadership assignments and gained a deep understanding of the executive value chain within industrial businesses. Earlier in his career, Ryan worked several years in commercial real estate advisory and started his career in healthcare technology consulting. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
