Carly Carson

Carly is the Director of Talent Acquisition on the People and Culture team at Industra Talent Partners. Based in the Philadelphia area, she leads Industra’s campus recruiting program and internal hiring initiatives.

Prior to joining Industra Talent Partners, Carly worked at LLR Partners, a lower to middle market private equity firm headquartered in Philadelphia. As a member of the Human Capital team, she built and implemented a high potential leadership program for MBA graduates and supported executive recruitment efforts across LLR’s portfolio companies. With more than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, Carly has developed deep expertise in building campus recruiting programs, managing full life cycle recruitment across experience levels, and cultivating strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Carly earned her bachelor’s degree in Crime, Law and Justice from Penn State University, where she competed on the women’s soccer team.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending time outdoors with her son Caden and daughter Cameron. When she is not at the playground, she can be found playing co-ed soccer or exploring new restaurants with her husband, Glenn.
