Ellen Bacarisse

Ellen is a Senior Associate at Industra Talent Partners. Based in Houston, she joined the firm in February 2026. Prior to joining Industra, Ellen began her career in executive search at Heidrick & Struggles, where she focused on C-suite and board searches in the power and utilities sector for sponsor-backed and public companies.

Ellen graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Before transitioning into executive search, she worked on the ExxonMobil Pipeline Company account team at the global public relations firm Hill & Knowlton (now Burson).

Outside of work, Ellen enjoys cooking (mostly steak), running and chasing PRs on Strava, exploring new cities and cuisines, and taking on interior design projects.
