Kirk Couser

Kirk joined Bespoke Partners as Chief Information Officer in July 2021, and today his leadership spans both Bespoke Partners and Industra Talent Partners. A seasoned leader in the software and IT sector, he has held executive roles across multiple industries.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kirk is driven by a passion for using technology to create efficiency and has built a strong track record of improving systems and programs for both internal and external stakeholders. He has worked with organizations ranging from start ups to enterprise businesses, most recently co founding and serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of a software firm delivering scalable solutions for regulatory bodies. In addition to inventing technology, Kirk plays an active role in customer relationships and strategic planning.

He has led award winning teams and has been recognized with the Microsoft Healthcare Industry Leadership Award and the American Society of Quality Edwards Medal for the application of modern quality control methods. Kirk grew up in middle Tennessee and studied engineering at the University of Memphis. He currently lives in Maryland with his family.
