Reid Akers, CPA

Reid joined Bespoke Partners as Director of Accounting in June 2022, and his responsibilities now support both Bespoke Partners and Industra Talent Partners. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of Texas and is based in Austin.

Prior to joining the firm, Reid served as Accounting Manager at an investment fund asset manager, overseeing financial accounting and reporting across corporate and fund entities. He brings more than five years of financial accounting experience across the asset management and oil and gas industries.

Born and raised in Houston, Reid graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. During college, he worked at a winery, sang in an a cappella group, and was an active member of a fraternity.

Outside of work, Reid is passionate about food, whether exploring new restaurants or experimenting with recipes at home. He and his partner share their home with two dogs, Phoebe, a Mini Aussie, and Finley, a Vizsla.
