Shannon Bustillos

Shannon joined Bespoke Partners as Contracts Manager in June 2024 and now serves as Director of Legal and Revenue Operations, supporting both Bespoke Partners and Industra Talent Partners from the firm’s San Diego office. Prior to joining the firm, she held Contracts and Program Manager roles within the aerospace, defense, and medical device industries, where she oversaw contractual and programmatic obligations. Shannon brings extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and finalizing complex agreements with precision and discipline.

Born and raised in Anaheim, California, Shannon earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, and a professional certification in Federal Contract Management from UCLA. While at the University of Maryland, she was a Division I softball student athlete and served as Vice President of the Student Athlete Advisory Council.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband Alex, discovering new restaurants, perfecting a classic gin and tonic, and keeping up with her French bulldog, Harvey.
