Tyler Hess

Tyler is a Director at Industra Talent Partners. Based in Boston, he joined the firm in 2025. Prior to Industra Talent Partners, Tyler served as an Account Executive at Myers-Holum, where he led the firm’s Private Equity Practice. In that role, he partnered with private equity firms to assess the accounting infrastructure of their portfolio companies and develop technology roadmaps designed to support scalable growth and long term exit readiness.

Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Elon University.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys exploring the Boston restaurant scene with his wife, walking his rescue dog Louie, and following his hometown Cleveland sports teams.
